​COACHED ATHLETES:

Full year Coached Athletes will receive a training plan and invitation to Training Peaks by the first day of class. 
6 month Coached Athletes will receive a 6 month training plan and Training Peaks invitation upon the start of your membership.  


​Please note, your training plan may begin with a significant decrease in mileage for you if you've just come off of a long training block. The emphasis is on quality of these workout while also allowing your body to rebuild and recover after a long training season. Focus on technique, form and focus of each workout  before we begin building volume for your racing events

MORE ABOUT TRAINING PEAKS FOR COACHED ATHLETES:

When you click the Training Peaks link above you will be asked to create a new free Training Peaks account or login to an existing Training Peaks account. Once you do this, you will receive access to the plan in Training Peaks. You can also download the Training Peaks app for your phone as well as link it to your tracking devices such as Garmin. For more information on how to use your Training Peaks account, please click HERE. Once you have connected your account, I will verify your Coached Athlete membership and assign you to your plan. Once your plan has been assigned you will begin seeing workouts in your Training Peaks calendar.
