SWIMMING
Our Open Water swim sessions are limited to those in the Coached Athlete program and takes place bi-monthly from April - October. We begin most workouts with a warm-up, drills, and form assessment alongside the 25 yard dock at Robious Landing Park. Once we've completed the initial workout, we have a distance swim with a 2-to-1 swimmer/kayaker ratio. We always check river conditions and the weather to ensure a safe swim for all participants. |
