Personal training tailors your workouts to help you reach your goals.  Whether you want to lose weight, gain fitness, maintain your level of fitness or get excited about your workouts, our partner organization, Fit Uplift, will help you get there!   

Personal training sessions are for everyone - not just triathletes! With  competitive pricing, Fit Uplift makes personal training doable!  

You will recieve personal training sessions that incorporate use of the TRX, stability balls, weights and more to achieve a program to achieve your individual goals.  There are a variety of programs to best suit your goals and schedule.
