COACHED ATHLETE Membership
Coached Athletes are coached directly by head coach, Cyndi Dambacher, and will follow a periodized and detailed training schedule on Training Peaks. Athletes have unlimited text and email access to their coach and can receive any necessary updates/changes to their training plan as the season progresses. Each season, Cyndi welcomes a limited roster of athletes into the Coached Athlete program.
Coached Athletes receive:
$120/month
Coached Athletes receive:
- periodized training schedule for Sprint, Olympic, Half Ironman, or Ironman events on Training Peaks
- season planning to include training for multiple events as well as edits to the training plan as the season progresses
- power and/or heartrate based training
- unlimited text and email contact
- membership to the team Facebook group where you can meet up with others for workouts, hear about social gatherings, and participate in team challenges

TRAINING PLAN ONLY
Training plans will be uploaded into a Training Peaks account set up for you or attached to your own Training Peaks account if you already have one.
3 Month Sprint or Olympic Plan: $150
4 Month Olympic Plan: $195
6 Month Half Iron or Ironman Plan: $250
12 Month Ironman Plan: $400
