"BRICKS"

Our Saturday workouts take place at different locations around Richmond. Brick workouts consist of a bike immediately followed by a run. Some workouts will be a long ride with a shorter, faster run or a shorter, faster bike ride followed by a long run. These types of workouts are known as “bricks” as they consist of one discipline layered on top of another and are the cornerstone to triathlon training.
